Sally and I first met Richard and Rachel earlier on in the year at an open day at the Priest House Hotel. After a good chat it soon became apparent why they needed some help…although they were only planning a wedding with a small amount of guests, they had so much going off on the day. Little miss organised, aka Rachel, and Richard had pretty much planned everything their selves, they had great vision and were very open to ideas however they soon realised that they wouldn’t be able to relax on the day as they would end up trying to oversee everything themselves.
They booked our ‘In Full Bloom’ package (on-the-day coordination package) and we left them to continue with their plans over the year. We had the odd get together to discuss extra décor and venue styling ideas and how we could put them into action, this also involved a table mock up at the venue.
We were so impressed (but not surprised) with our final meeting (approximately 3-4 weeks before hand). I was greeted with a full itinerary, event schedule and spreads sheets that Rachel had complete in advance, the suppliers were all organised and knew that plan of the day, it was now a case of waiting for the day to arrive. Everything was set!
Well, what a day it was! From the chocolate minstrels in the vases to the pictures on the wall, it certainly was a day full of quirky fun and joy, Richard and Rachel had really thought about what they wanted their day to be about. The bride looked absolutely stunning and the ceremony was fabulous, it screamed love, happiness, worship, loyalty, friendship, affection and adoration. A stunning couple and a beautiful family!
