Jess & Jim | Calke Abbey | Matt Brown Photograhy

Jess and Jim’s Calke Abbey wedding was filled with smiles and laughter from start to finish. The bride looked stunning in a long-sleeved Art Deco gown with waist detailing. The groom and his groomsmen looked handsome in royal blue. Keep scrolling to see more stunning images captured by Matt Brown Photography.

Once the couple had said their vows, guests were treated to a glass of fizz from the lovely team at Black Peppermint. The perfect accompaniment whilst guests mingle and chat to the newlyweds.

As captured in the photographs, Jess & Jim’s wedding was a real fun day out for guests – smiles, laughter, and even pulling faces for the photographs!

The Riding School was dressed with lots of personal touches, like these gorgeous polaroid photos above. Colours of royal blue and gold looked stunning in this rustic, exposed-brick venue and added a touch of glamour.

Jess & Jim really got to make the most of the Calke Abbey grounds, having photographs taken in the Orangery, the walled gardens, and in the meadows surrounding the estate. After the happy couple had their photographs taken, they made their way back to the Riding School for the wedding breakfast and speeches…

Once the cutting of the cake had happened, Jess and Jim welcomed evening guests and kicked off a night of dancing with their first dance – we absolutely love this image of the moment captured below!

Thank you to Matt Brown for sharing these stunning photos of Jess and Jim – and of course, to Jess and Jim for being such a wonderfully happy couple to work with.
